At iC Production, we understand the importance of your welding equipment to your business. That's why we're happy to offer you an annual maintenance service to keep your device running smoothly and efficiently all year round. And we offer consumables and spare parts from brands such as ESAB, Kemppi, 3M, Cebora, Lincoln and others.

For annual maintenance and repair, we offer on-site services to ensure our customers have minimal disruption. That's why, we ask the client to provide our specialist with compressed air for cleaning the equipment and a small working area where maintenance can be performed.

Annual maintenance includes:

Visual inspection and assessment of the condition of the equipment

Visual inspection of the welding torch

Internal and external equipment cleaning

Inspection of the equipment body and chassis. Simple repairs as needed

Checking the power cable and power plug

Checking the control cable, intermediate cable, welding cables and connectors

Checking switches and buttons

Checking the display and indicator lights

Check connections and contacts inside the device, tighten if necessary

Checking fan operation

Checking the pressure in the cooling system, coolant level and serviceability

Checking the gas system of the equipment

Checking clamp and earth cable

Checking and cleaning the wire feed mechanism (including consumable parts)

Checking, cleaning the wire feeder motor and, if necessary, changing the lubricant in the motor gearbox

During or after the work, the customer is informed about which consumables need to be replaced or what additional repairs need to be made.

Our specialist will make a price offer to the client and agree on further cooperation. The specialist is also guided by the rule of our company "flexible and individual approach to each client", so that the needs of the client are satisfied.

Estimated time spent on annual maintenance:

1. A.maintenance A: 1.5-3 hours depending on the condition of the equipment
2. A.maintenance B: 1-2 hours depending on the condition of the equipment

Annual maintenance does not guarantee trouble-free operation of the device, but it helps to keep the device in the best possible condition and avoid problems resulting from wear and tear of devices.

Before ordering work, we recommend asking for a price offer. The client receives a checklist for each equipment separately.

Expendable materials* - added to annual service or repair for each device. Includes additional costs. For example: chemistry, protective equipment, fasteners, etc.

Call fees Estonia** - For example, a call to Narva will cost approximately 95€ and if service is performed on 3 equipment in one day, then the “Call fees Estonia” will be added only for 3 equipment.

iC Production OÜ was founded in may 2023 and specializes in the improvement and care of production equipment, hence the name "iC Production" which stands for "improvement and care of production". Our primary goal is to provide high-quality maintenance and repair services to our customers. We believe that by maintaining and repairing equipment, we can help our customers optimize their production processes, reduce downtime, and ultimately improve their bottom line.

Our initial focus is on welding equipment maintenance and repair, and we offer on-site services to ensure minimal disruption to our customers' operations. We have 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of welding equipment, experience specifically in welding equipment maintenance (ESAB, EWM, Kemppi, Fronius, Telwin, Lincoln Electric, Migatronic, Wallius, Kühtreiber, Cebora, Miller, Hypertherm, Jasic and others), as well as 10 years of overall experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment. With this level of expertise, we are confident in our ability to deliver top-notch services to our customers.

We also offer consumables and spare parts from brands such as ESAB, Kemppi, 3M, Cebora, Lincoln and others.

In addition to our current services, we have plans to expand our business and fulfill our mission of improving and caring for production equipment to the maximum for our customers.

Our upcoming destinations include:

Start of sales of consumable and working tools in the metalworking industry, which will allow us to offer more comprehensive solutions to our customers.
Expanding our services to include maintenance and repair of other types of production equipment, such as electrical-, pneumatic- hand tools, extracting units, cutting-, drilling- machines, air compressors and dryers, lathe and milling machines and other factory equipment, to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Finding and becoming an official representative of welding equipment to offer our customers a wider range of options and services.
Obtaining a license for calibration of welding equipment (EN 50504, EN IEC 60974-14:2018, EVS-EN ISO 17662:2016) to ensure that our equipment maintenance and repair services meet the highest industry standards.
Expanding our service area to cover more regions and industries, which will allow us to reach more customers and offer our high-quality services to a wider audience.
